Marvelous 4D3N Macau 2015 (#DreamTripComeTrue) - Pre Trip

The beside image is proof that dreams do come true! All one needs is hard work and a bit of luck :) I was having my lunch when Cindy tagged me in this post by Nuffnang. I was overwhelmed by joy and could already picture myself taking a selfie at the famous Ruins of St. Paul! I quickly called my other half to inform her and she goes, "Wow! I knew you would win dear! So are you bringing me?"

There is only one answer to that and after a few calls and Whatsapp discussion with friends, 2 more decided to join us on this trip.
It's always the more merrier (actually need them to help with taking our photos too!lolz!). And guess what, i also received a cool tripod for the Christmas gift exchange in my office..How timely!!!
Christmas Gift exchange 2015 with my team and my new tripod! Thanks Secret Santa! :)
I checked with MGTO on the terms and quickly locked down the dates. I also got my friends to purchase their Airasia tickets and apply for their leaves.  The all paid expense trip is for 3d2n but we decided to extend one extra night on our own expense. I also was informed that the prize includes a dinner buffet on Macau Tower including entry to the observation deck! How cool is that? :)

I would like to say a big thank you to Nuffnang and MGTO for making my Macau Dream Trip blog post a reality! Can't wait for the trip. A blog post will also be dedicated to my trip and i hope it will be useful for anyone planning a 4d3n trip there :)

As for now, we are still deciding if we want to do a day trip to Hong Kong Disneyland. Still looking at the cost + time needed. We don't want it to be a rushed holiday...Need to spend some quality time enjoying the hotel too...A quick look on Agoda shows that there are about 68 hotels in Macau. That's a lot of hotels in that small island! To give you an idea of the hotel density, i goggled for the number of accommodation in Pulau Tioman, an island which is roughly 4 times the size of Macau.

Macau has approx. 68 hotels on its 31.3km2 land area.
Tioman only has 23 hotels on its 136km2  land on the island
Any guesses which hotel we will be staying at? Would love to hear any recommendation on hotels / tours in Macau as well...If any of you been there recently, do share you "must do" things as well. Do leave your comments below.

The first 10 correct guesses will receive a special souvenir from Macau!
